Similarly, the Friends of Seyi Tinubu (FOST) highlighted his philanthropic efforts and leadership abilities as proof of his readiness to govern the state.
However, not everyone is convinced by these endorsements.
Prominent APC chieftain Joe Igbokwe has criticized the wave of support, accusing some groups of trying to undermine President Tinubu.
In a Facebook post, Igbokwe argued that such endorsements were a distraction and part of a broader scheme to destabilize the president’s leadership.

PDP spokesperson Hakeem Amode criticized the notion of a political dynasty, stating that governance should not be treated as a family inheritance.
According to Amode, the people of Lagos showed their disapproval of the Tinubu political family during the 2023 presidential election and would not support the son’s candidacy in 2027.
